Sonika is an MBA (HR) with 19 years of experience across the corporate, education, and social impact sectors. She began her career at Marico before moving to Pratham Education Initiative and Kaivalya Education Foundation, where she worked on strengthening rural community ownership in education. She founded and led the Gandhi Fellowship from its inception and later spent seven years at Swaraj University, facilitating its self-directed learning program and serving as Co-Lead for the final three years. Today, she works as a mindfulness and presence-oriented practitioner, partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations on leadership, well-being, and organizational transformation while also developing an eco-neighbourhood near Udaipur.
